Returns & Refunds
Should you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched, we will refund your purchase immediately on receipt of a cancellation email with your order number and all relevant details, to sales@trepad.com. Should you wish to cancel after dispatch, please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and return them unused in their original packaging within 30 days, with the original packing slip, for a full refund including shipping costs.
After 7 days, new products may still be returned for a full refund, but excluding shipping costs, if returned unused in their original packaging within 30 days, and the original packing slip is included with the returned product.
Damaged or defective products will be replaced free of charge if we are notified (by email to sales@trepad.com) of the defect within 24 hours of your receiving the goods, and if returned within 30 days of the original shipping date, and the original packing slip is included with the returned damaged or defective product. We will of course not charge you shipping & handling on such replacement orders.

We cannot be held liable for returned items that do not reach us. You should ship your returned item by a method which provides for certification of mailing and receipt, such as Royal Mail Signed For, Fedex, UPS, etc, and provide us with the tracking number if we require it.
Although we will make every effort to promptly handle your return or exchange, please allow at least two weeks from our receipt of your return or exchange for processing.
